Welcome to Rosebery Settlements, a family owned and locally run business. My name is Lili Patino and I am the owner/licensee. At Rosebery Settlements we strive to deliver reliable, professional and friendly conveyancing services.

Having worked in the banking and legal industry for the past 25 years as a conveyancer, I decided to put my experience and skills into practice and completed the necessary requirements to obtain my own settlement agents’ licence.
